HOW TO:
Lightly dab the ROUGE STICK on the apples of cheeks and blend out with Velvet Concepts F3brush (or fingertips). Add more for a deep look if desired.
Use the GLOW DOME to highlight the areas you want to shine! Draw on then merely pat with fingertips to blend. We suggest the upper cheekbones, temples tip of the nose and cupids bow.
