Every time you book a treatment, purchase a product, or sign up for a membership, you’ll earn 2 points for every $1 spent.

How do I earn points?
You can earn points across any treatment, membership or product purchased in-salon.
Will my points expire?
Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date they’re earned. After this, they can’t be reinstated or extended.
What can I redeem my points on?
Depending on your tier, whether you’re a bare beauty, insider, VIP or Indulgences Icon, you’ll unlock access to exclusive offers, complimentary treatments and ongoing benefits.
Rewards are one-time only benefits, perks are ongoing.
Can I exchange my rewards for cash, other services, or gift cards?
No, you can’t exchange or transfer your rewards.
How long do I have to redeem my rewards?
Rewards will remain active for 12 months. When you unlock a new tier, the 12-month period resets.
Note: There may be blackout periods throughout the year where rewards cannot be redeemed.
Can I share my rewards with friends or family members?
No, this is an exclusive perk just for you! Which means rewards are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
Can I use my rewards with a voucher or other salon offer?
No, each tier unlocks exclusive standalone perks. They can’t be used in conjunction with other discounts, vouchers, or promotions.
How can I check my point or rewards balance?
Log in to your Fresha account and click on your profile. You’ll be able to access all details in here. If not, just ask the girls at the front desk and they’ll be able to help.
