Cancellation Policy
Cancel for free up to 12 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 75% for not showing up.

• We are located in The Junction Village.
• If you need to reduce your appointment you must notify us within the cancellation period of 12 hours or fees apply.
• Check booking details are correct. Call our team should you need help.
• Bookings require Credit Card details for confirmation.
• Should you arrive late, your appointment time will be affected.
• 50% fees apply should you not provide 12 hrs notice for appointment change. 75% of treatment fee for all 'no shows'
