No. Orders can only be shipped to residential addresses.
Currently we only ship within Australia. Please contact us if you would like to receive goods outside of Australia and we can provide you with a personalised quote.
Yes. You will be emailed with a tracking number within 24 hours of your order.
Indulgences offer free AU Standard Shipping within Australia for all orders over $150.00. In order to receive free standard AU Shipping, you will need to have a minimum of $150.00 in your cart. Once the minimum spend is met, an option will appear in the cart that can be selected for free shipping.
For all orders received before 12pm (12 noon) on Monday to Friday (AEDT) we endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day. For orders that are placed after 12pm (12 noon) Monday to Friday (AEDT) we endeavour to dispatch your order on the next business day. Please be aware that during our busiest times such as Black Friday, Christmas, and public holidays there will be a potential delay in our shipping processes and therefore your order due to an increase in order volumes.
We pick and package your order within 24 hours between Monday to Friday. Indulgences use Sendle to ship your products. Once your order is collected by a Sendle Staff member it will be logged within their shipping system. You will then receive an email with a tracking number. Shipping usually takes approximately 2-3 days to deliver to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Adelaide, Perth and the Darwin can take up to 7 business days.
If you have realised you have made an error with your shipping address after placing your order please contact us by email at michelle@indulgences.com.au. by phone or by live chat on our website straight away so we can potentially correct the order details before your order is shipped.
Unfortunately if we are not contacted immediately and you do enter the wrong address this can delay the package by up to 4 weeks before we receive the package back at indulgences.
When you placed an order and it has been picked up for shipping by Sendle from our store, you would have received a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can enter your tracking number into the Sendle website to see where your order is. If the order status reads DELIVERED but not received or any other problem has occured please contact us as soon as possible at michelle@indulgences.com.au.
If your package has been delayed due to an address being entered incorrectly or incomplete it should then be returned to Indulgences. To have your package resent to you there will be a charge of $9.95 for our flat shipping fee.
Unfortunately you cannot combine your order. We process our orders quickly and your first order more than likely would have already been entered into our shipping queue.
Shipping to multiple addresses is not possible. You can not have some items sent to your home address and other items sent to another address. In order to to have items sent to multiple addresses a new order will need to be created with the other address you wish to ship to.
We ship to the address that you entered on the Indulgences website as your shipping address not the address saved to your Paypal account.
